how can I contact you?

how do your shirts fit?

our shirts run a little long.  If you are looking for a relaxed fit, order your normal size.  If you are going for more of a fashion fit, order 1 size down.  For more on sizing, view our t-shirt sizing charts here.

when will my order ship?

all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase date.

do you ship international?

yes! 

how much is shipping?

your shipping price depends on your order size.  to see your shipping options, place your items in your cart, fill out customer information page and proceed to shipping method.

what shipping methods do you use?

all U.S. orders will be shipped using the USPS.

 

international customers: to keep shipping your costs as low as possible, we ship international orders using USPS First-Class International service.  please note, USPS First-Class International packages typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive.  If you need your order in a more timely manner, we offer USPS Priority Mail International.  Delivery time is typically 1-6 business days.

import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in product price or shipping costs and may be collected upon delivery to your country.  These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

please note - we are not responsible for delayed packages once a product leaves our warehouse.  

when will I receive my order after it ships out?

delivery time, according to USPS.com, is on average, 1-3 days. (U.S. customers only)

USPS First-Class International packages typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive.  If you need your order in a more timely manner, we offer USPS Priority Mail International.  Delivery time is typically 1-6 business days.

how can I return/exchange an item?

customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at BITROYD. we gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of original purchase.  

all returns/exchanges must be sent back in “new” condition — new = unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed.

BITROYD has the right to deny return/exchange credit if items do not meet these requirements.  

customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  if mistake is made on our end, we will gladly cover these costs.

IMPORTANT: returns/exchanges must include note indicating:

1. order # (can be found in email for BITROYD order confirmation)
2. reason for return or exchange.  If exchanging, please state desired size/style you need.

can I be featured on instagram?

If you are interested in being featured, email us (info@bitroyd.com) a photo in your BITROYD gear along with a couple sentences stating your first name, age and a brief explanation of what your dream is and why.  while we can't feature every photo on our instagram feed, we WILL feature all submissions on our instagram story.
